Cranberry Pecan Chicken Salad
This cranberry pecan chicken salad is perfect for any occasion: lunch, dinner, or an afternoon tea.
Ingredients:
2 chicken breasts (rotisserie chicken from the deli), shredded
½ cup celery, diced
½ cup cranberries, dried
¼ cup pecans, chopped
¼ cup mayonnaise
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
Add chicken, celery, cranberries, and pecans in a mixing bowl. Toss well.
Stir in mayonnaise and mix well.
Cover and refrigerate to chill for at least 2 hours. Best served chilled!
Serve with your favorite bread or crackers.
