Salad with Pomegranate Seeds and Feta Cheese

Celebrate the Holidays with a mix of colorful greens, ruby red pomegranate seeds, and white feta cheese.

Ingredients:
10 oz. Spring Mix, Red and Green Romaine, Lollo Rosso, Arugula, Mustard and Beet Greens, Spinach, Frisee, and Radicchio
¾ cup Feta Cheese
1 Pomegranate seeded
¼ Roasted pine nuts
Salt and pepper to taste
Dressing:
4 Tbsp. white balsamic vinegar
2 Tbsp. olive oil
2 Tbsp. Pomegranate Molasses
Instructions:
Combine salad mixture into a large bowl.
Add feta, pomegranate seeds, pine nuts and salt and pepper to taste.
Mix dressing and toss into salad mixture.
Serve immediately.
