Turkey Meatballs with Cranberries
A tasty twist for the holidays.

Ingredients:
1 lb. ground turkey
3 Tbsp. bread crumbs
2 egg whites
1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
1/2 c. finely chopped onion
1/2 tsp. garlic
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 Tbsp. low sodium soy sauce
8 oz. can whole cranberry sauce (low sugar)
1/4 c. chili sauce
2 tsp. lemon juice
2 tsp. corn oil
Instructions:
Combine turkey, bread crumbs, egg whites, chopped parsley, chopped onion, garlic and pepper and shape into meat balls.
Brown in 2 tsp. corn oil in a frying pan or brown in oven at 350 degrees
Combine soy sauce, cranberry sauce, chili sauce and lemon juice and pour over meatballs.
