Ricotta Toast with Berries

Here is a light breakfast idea for those of you who cannot stomach much in the morning. Enjoy it topped with your favorite fruit

Ingredients:
1 slice whole wheat or raisin toast
1/4 cup Ricotta cheese, whole milk or low-fat
Drizzle of honey, optional
3/4 cup fresh berries, rinsed
Instructions:
Toast your favorite kind of bread.
Spread Ricotta cheese on top of toasted bread.
Smear in a drizzle of honey for a slightly sweeter taste.
Top with your favorite fruit: strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, mixed berries, sliced peach, sliced nectarine, or sliced banana.
