Spinach Salad with Grapes, Feta, and Toasted Almonds

This simple salad is rich in iron, potassium, folate, vitamin C, fiber, and antioxidants.

Ingredients:
1 – 16 oz. bag spinach, chopped
12 red grapes, sliced
¼ cup feta
1/8 cup almond slices, toasted
1 Tbsp. olive oil
1 tsp. Balsamic glaze
Instructions:
In a large bowl, combine spinach, grapes, and feta.
Toast almonds in a small pan over medium heat for about 2 minutes. Watch closely since they cook quickly. Let cool.
Toss toasted almonds into spinach mixture.
Add olive oil and drizzle balsamic glaze.
Serve with your favorite entrée.
