Spicy Italian Chicken Sausage Bolognese with Gnocchi

A savory, quick recipe for a family dinner or a romantic dinner for two. Bon Appetite!

Prep Time: 5min | Cook Time: 10min | Total Time: 15 | Yield 4

Ingredients:

  • 16 oz. Gnocchi

  • 1 lb. Spicy Italian Chicken Sausage, ground

  • 1 jar Roasted garlic tomato sauce

  • Fresh Parmesan Cheese, to taste

Instructions:

  1. Boil gnocchi as directed on package and strain.

  2. Brown Italian chicken sausage.

  3. Add tomato sauce to cooked sausage.

  4. Serve gnocchi topped with spicy Italian chicken sausage Bolognese in pasta bowls.

  5. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and garnish with fresh basil. Serve with a salad and steamed broccoli.
