Hunger Meter & Guage

Gauge your Hunger and Fullness πŸ˜‹πŸŒβ€‰β€‰

Like a car, your body is your vehicle to do the things you want to do.  Fueling your body well throughout the day will provide you with the energy you need to function, concentrate, work, and play optimally.

Observe your hunger on a scale of 0 - 10:  0 is you are famished; 10 you are stuffed.  Try to stay between 3 where you are slightly hungry and 7 when you feel almost full.

Waiting to eat when you are overly hungry, can lead to overeating or headaches, dizziness, nausea, and fatigue.  When eating on time, every three or four hours, you can trust your body to let you know how much to eat.

So like a car, don’t run your engine on empty, monitor your gauge, stay mindful, and fuel up intentionally to provide your body the vitamins, minerals, and macronutrients it needs to work efficiently.
