Grilled Peaches with Burrata

Grilled peaches with creamy burrata cheese make a beautiful and delicious appetizer for your next summer gathering.

Prep Time: 10min | Cook Time: 5min | Total Time: 15min | Yield: 4

Ingredients:

4 Peaches, pitted and halved

2 Tbsp. Olive oil, divided

1 Tbsp. White Balsamic vinegar

Sea Salt and freshly ground pepper to taste

Balsamic glaze

Instructions:

  1. Heat grill to medium..

  2. Toss peaches with 1 Tbsp. olive oil, white balsamic vinegar, and salt and pepper to taste.

  3. Grill peaches facedown for 3 – 5 minutes, until soft and has grill marks. Let cool.

  4. Arrange grilled peaches on a serving platter in a circular pattern.

  5. When ready to serve, place burrata cheese in the center of the peaches. Puncture burrata to open.

  6. Drizzle with olive oil and balsamic glaze.

  7. Sever with crostini bread or crackers.
