Crostini with Burratta Cheese and Tomato

Ingredients:
2 – ¼ inch slices baguette
¼ ball Burratta cheese, sliced
1 small Roma tomato, diced
1 tsp. olive oil
1 tsp. balsamic vinegar
kosher salt
pepper
Instructions:
Cover rimmed cookie sheet with foil. Spray with olive oil Pam.
Brush baguette slices with olive oil.
Bake at 375° for 5 minutes or until toasted.
Top prepared crostinis with a slice of Burratta cheese.
Top with diced tomatoes.
Sprinkle with olive oil, vinegar, and salt and pepper.
