Roasted Shaved Brussels Sprouts

Ingredients:
1 lb. Shaved Brussels Sprouts
2 Tbsp.Olive Oil
Sea Salt (to taste)
Cracked Pepper (to taste)
Instructions:
Preheat oven to roast at 375°F.
Toss in a bowl shaved Brussels sprouts with olive oil, salt and pepper, coat evenly.
Lightly oil a foiled sheet pan and then spread out the shaved Brussels sprouts in one even layer.
Roast in oven for 15 min or until gently browned.
