Pear Salad with Gorgonzola and Butter Leaf

A simple, light, and delicious salad to include at your next family meal or dinner party.

Ingredients:
4 cups Butter Leaf lettuce
2 Bartlett pears, peeled and chopped
2 oz. Gorgonzola, crumbled
1/8 cup Candied Pecans
Salt and pepper to taste
Dressing:
2 Tbsp. Olive oil
2 Tbsp. Agrodolce White Wine Vinegar with Grape Must
1 tsp. Dijon mustard
2 Tbsp. Water
Instructions:
Combine ingredients in a large bowl.
Whisk together dressing ingredients in a small bowl.
Toss salad gently with dressing.
Serve and enjoy!
