Pear Salad with Gorgonzola and Butter Leaf

A simple, light, and delicious salad to include at your next family meal or dinner party.

Yield: 4

Ingredients:

  • 4 cups Butter Leaf lettuce

  • 2 Bartlett pears, peeled and chopped

  • 2 oz. Gorgonzola, crumbled

  • 1/8 cup Candied Pecans

  • Salt and pepper to taste

Dressing:

  • 2 Tbsp. Olive oil

  • 2 Tbsp. Agrodolce White Wine Vinegar with Grape Must

  • 1 tsp. Dijon mustard

  • 2 Tbsp. Water

Instructions:

  1. Combine ingredients in a large bowl.

  2. Whisk together dressing ingredients in a small bowl.

  3. Toss salad gently with dressing.

  4. Serve and enjoy!
