Cuban Style Salmon

Beautiful salmon filets, rich in Omega-3 fatty acids, protein, vitamin B6, magnesium, potassium, and antioxidants are seasoned with Cuban inspired spices and baked for a quick and flavorful dinner for any day of the week.

Prep Time: 5min | Cook Time: 25min | Total Time: 30 min | Yield: 4

Ingredients:

  • 4 6-ounce center cut boneless and skinless salmon filets

  • Juice of 1 lemon

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1 tsp. ground cumin

  • 1 tsp. cayenne pepper

  • 1 tsp. paprika

  • Himalayan salt and pepper to taste

  • Olive oil spray

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

  2. Line a pan with foil and spray with olive oil spray.

  3. Place salmon filets in pan and season with garlic, cumin, cayenne pepper, paprika, salt and pepper.

  4. Spray tops of salmon filets with olive oil spray.

  5. Bake for 25 minutes.
