A vital step to recovery from an eating disorder takes getting away from the “diet mentality” of food rules and restrictive eating behaviors.  It can be difficult at times when those we love or are close to continue to make dieting comments.  Socializing and being with those we care about is an important part of recovery as well.  The Holidays, in particular, can be a very triggering time for some of us.
