Rachel Goodman


Rachel is extremely passionate about the important role nutrition plays in health and overall wellness.   She earned a Master’s of Science in Nutritional Science from California State University, Los Angeles where she graduated with honors.  Her first clinical position was at Harbor-UCLA Medical Center as clinical inpatient and outpatient dietitian.  Her internship experience included Cedars-Sinai Medical Center (clinical rotation), Tower Hematology Oncology Medical Group (elective clinical rotation) and Torrance Unified School District (administrative rotation). Rachel’s specialty areas of interest are weight management,
diabetes, cardiovascular disease, gastrointestinal disorders, food allergies, renal disease, prenatal nutrition, graceful aging and wellness.  Before her career as a dietitian, her background was in advertising, which she left to pursue her passion in nutrition.  Rachel holds her bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from The University of Arizona where she majored in Marketing and minored in Spanish. She speaks Spanish fluently (she is half Colombian) and is able to work with Spanish-speaking patients.

Originally from Tucson, Arizona, Rachel has lived near the beautiful downtown Culver City since 2007. For fun, Rachel enjoys cooking, salsa dancing, yoga, hiking, the beach, and spending time with her husband, daughter, friends and family.
