Mona Solasi

Mona has traveled all over the world incorporating different cultures with healthy eating. Her travels have familiarized her with many different cuisines which allows her to provide tailored expert guidance to achieve your health goal and regain a healthy relationship with food.

Mona graduated from Ryerson University in Toronto where she became a Registered Dietitian following her internship at Sunnybrook Hospital. She has worked as a clinical dietitian since then, helping people with a wide variety of conditions such as: diabetes, obesity, dyslipidemia, prenatal and pediatric nutrition, general wellness and vegetarian nutrition. She holds certificates of training in Childhood and Adolescent and Adult Weight Management. She is a member of the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetic as well as the Weight Management and Nutrition Entrepreneur dietetic practice groups.

Mona is offering Tanita body composition analysis and an exciting new service called Nutrigenomics.  It is a simple genetic test using your saliva that will help her create personalized nutrition recommendations, including an individually tailored meal plan and physical activity guidance, that are based on your DNA.  Mona will also assist you to navigate your way through grocery stores and even your own kitchen with a renewed sense of desire for healthy food.  Mona’s mission is to help you overcome your personal health challenges; assist you in living a healthy lifestyle; and allow you to reach your greatest potential to live a higher quality of life.
