Michele Christopher


Michele graduated from California State University, Northridge with a Bachelor’s Degree in Chemistry. She went on to earn her Master’s Degree in Nutrition in Dietetics, and received the Dean’s Award for Outstanding Graduate Student within the entire department of Health and Human Development. Following her degrees, she completed her Dietetic Internship at the Veteran’s Affairs Medical Center in West Los Angeles, with additional rotations at Children’s Hospital Los Angeles.

Michele is enthusiastic to be part of the highly skilled and compassionate team at Medical Nutrition Network, and believes that food and nutrition play key roles in maintaining both physical and mental health. In addition, Michele is a member of the Marino Wellness team, which provides health and wellness programming and strategies to major corporations. She is also the Registered Dietitian for the Annual Turner’s Syndrome Camp held in Boston, Massachusetts, which provides a support system through a multidisciplinary approach.

Michele specializes in clinical nutrition focusing on the individual and their specific needs. Her areas of specialty include, but are not limited to, diabetes, weight management, eating disorders, cardiovascular disease, renal disease, geriatric nutrition, sports nutrition, food allergies and intolerances. In her spare time Michele enjoys hiking, going to the beach, researching, cooking, and spending time with her husband, family and friends.
